When will I receive my order?

We will endeavour to send your order as soon as possible. This will usually be within 4-5 days of your order. We will assume you have received your goods unless you notify us within 21 days of your order.

We make every effort to ensure that all our products are in stock, however if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by email and if appropriate offer you an alternative product.

What are the delivery charges?

Your exact delivery charges will be shown when you select the "View Basket" option. There is a minimum charge of £2.99 for UK deliveries on orders us to £15. For orders between £15 and £34 there is a charge of £3.99 and orders from £34 to £45 a charge of £5.99. For other charges, please select the items required and select the "View Basket" option.

Can I change my mind about my purchase?

If you change your mind about your purchase you have 7 working days from the date of delivery in which to return the items to us for a full refund. This is open to UK customers only due to shipping costs. For overseas customers, please do contact us in advance if you have any questions on this. Goods must be in their original condition and unused. You will be responsible for paying the postage costs to return the goods to us and we recommend that you use a signed for delivery option.

What happens if there is a problem with the goods?

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with any of the goods we have supplied to you, you may return them to us for a full refund or a replacement within a reasonable period after the date of delivery. Please contact us to discuss the matter prior to returning the goods. If the goods have been altered by you or the fault has arisen through something we would not consider to be normal use we reserve the right to decline a refund. We will reimburse you reasonable postage costs for returning faulty goods to us and we will require you to obtain a Certificate of Posting.

What happens to my customer details?

We will not pass on your details to any third parties. However, we would like to send you notification from time to time of our new products and would welcome your agreement to remain on our mailing list. Please inform us if you do not wish your details to remain on our mailing list.
